Innovative mixed-use community solution to affordable housing. This project is located in the tourist corridor of Orlando, FL and will support a diverse range of community-oriented assets. Managed real estate entitlements for Orange County Government which included due diligence and approval of a Community Development District to enhance multi-modal transit options.
